Vienna and Frida

Now its time to mention some insights about one of my favourite place on Earth. Perhaps its because I don’t live here, she is always seems like a blooming rainbow flower with an age, just like a queen, or how they say, the “császárváros”, for me she is more like a conservative queen of middle Europe. Selected as one of the most liveable city in the world, Vienna has a perfect location, exelent public transport and tubwater, cultural life and detailed professionalism. I had more chance to talk to viennes people this time, thanks to TEDx, and some cool cat who stopped me and talked to me “stranger”, i had an other view of her, as a “dead city”, a way too conservative and old city that is hardly open to the wide world. e to what!

You must always compare to “what” so you need to move around this beautiful Earth to have a measurment. Deffenetly not as smiley as Brasil ( where i havent been, but Vienna has an underground connection with Brasil), not as fresh as Reykjavik, not as cold and humongous as Moscow, and not as boring as Munich, I must say Vienna is as just Fine! What a lucky day was the 29th of November! Delphine Mei, a exeptional lady I met in Vienna 4 years ago were kind to invite me to this event, held first time in Vienna. TED as you might know is a small nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Well, go to the site, and explore for yourself, it has hundreds of grea speaches to listen to, loads of inspirational talks to spend valuable time on the internet.

Back to life, back to reality, as Jazzie B introduces his show on BBC Radio 1 with Zion in the background’ Massive!

Somehow I found the Zeitgeist Movement * magyarul is!* years ago, i remember i cried out on the first parts as i discovered how badly we are blamed and lied thru centuries with history and life establishments. I started to link and spread immediately to see how people react. Well, they did as i expected: with ignorance and non-care. Questions appeared, how this how that, its all conspiracy theory and an other hoax. Well, its good to talk about things, but I dont argue. I belive. This is a truly clearly RACIONAL way of the future, for you racional heads, even if its not much of a racionality I find whatever areas humans step in. Exept technology. And we haven’t mentioned faith, spiritualism, and other powerful methods that can really change things, people, life and present.

Here is Peter Joseph talking about “Where are we going” please take your precious time even if it takes weeks to digest. From part1. all the way to part13. Wonder why it has only 400 to 600 views. Some questions of course still remain unanswered, like > why is my nose always running? Whats gonna happen with all the romantic cities, like Florance, Vienna, Budapest or Thessaloniki? That is real LIFE, i couldn’t imagine a life in those plastic environments. I also think that this Venus Project cannot be used on 7 billion people, as much as WE are on this Planet. But watch it all the way, and lets see what happens. I still don’t put hope in to the future. But still full of optimism.

Hello Children of Earth!

This is how Jon Kennedy usually saying hello in his posts, saying where is he spinning…by the way he is coming to Pécs again on the 2oth of February. But let’s not run this far in the future. I’ve been talking to people lately. Not much, besides they ask me the same question: where are you now? Well, good question i must say… usually im in front of Them. ‘cos they see me in Budapest, and Pécs, its about 2 hours drive to each other, and in both places, yes, kétlaki as we say it, a person who lives in two cities, and the world if its possible. And i add, that its all in You. You is who decides what is going to be with You. Not the world. Its too big to manage, to process, to understand. Its You, You and You. Don’t blame no one, don’t blame the world. Its too big to blame. Its the moment what matters, and that’s why I agree with Alan Watts, who said among many good things, “Only Suckers put Hope into the Future”. And if You would like to dig deeper, find Tony Parsons, or Sharif Horthy. See? Now find the Master in you, and have a good TRIP! Hello People, long time no text. Honestly> i came home from this long summer, and i have nothing, I repeat, nothing to tell to the world. I feel this for some time now. Sometime people ask me things, and i eather say, I dont know, or i dont say a word, or if she is an old friend and questioning me as an interview, I give short answers, like this one recently came out on a hungarian cultural site called Antropos. Hello there,

my brother arranged the new paths thru the endless jungle of passwords, admins and usernames.. you wont see a bit of these changes, but it seems important to manage this site.  Let the higher spirits reflect my gratitude, ‘cos im unable.

Our first post shall be my london crew’s visit. 4 people , Drew, Brian my good old family, and 2 new members, Cotty and Annamarie were at my place, Pécs and at my brother’s in Budapest, enjoying the warm and hot days of summer hungary. We even had Vince’s radio show to talk some of the current issues between England and Hun. listen here, starts from the 12th minute or soo… and some of the next program, feat. Kemon.

We had a nice weekend, Nickodemus and Nappy G were here playing (some good shots from my man Carlos). And first time Johnny Drama and bodoo were playing together at Gödör, on the Sunday Session, more than a couple people said it was the best sunday session ever. Music is our saviour!

After 1o days away, beeing in Bulgaria, with an other amazing youth exchange, by the wondeful Sozopol i have nothing more to say, that … not even that. Water we need for life. We have to take care of our waters. And the Earth. And each other. You might have known this, but its good to act concious about it. Its about time…

New York’s rizing, here is legendary Nickodemus’s new LP Sun People out now on WONDERWHEEL Recordings/ ESL Music. As i remember, it was a sunny but cold day in november when he emailed me in 2007 if I would make the cover for it. So after 18 months, you can see the result of Brookyn boy Nico’s exxelent taste of music production and my graphic design in one fine product. ThankYou for the possibility, and the variable chances to make something lasting. The design included a 6 pack cd, 2 digital release, one 7″ vinyl, one 12″ label, one full addin Waxpoetics. Gina is the girl who was really nice @ ESL, and Nico is an exxelent man of all fields. See U soon hermano.

Greetings from the foggy north of Portugal, beautiful land, hills, and the mixture smell of the sea, the forest, trees, and stones. As an ambrassador of LABOR co. im leading a group of 5 young beautiful people on a workshop for second chance school based in Porto. Theater, dance, music recycling art, and multimedia are the main workshop themes including groups from the UK, Spain, Bulgaria and Portugal. Very well we are, the energys are floating, alongside with inspirational times. Is my english up side down, or what?:D

Im a bit behind (just a few years) of the movie world, so thanks to Olivia, i got to know about the “new” Ridley Scott film > American Gangster

Hardly Recommended , almost 160 minutes of fine movie art, acting, set, a true story as a matter of fact, great cinematography. If U want to show real interest about it, make sure you read this well done site of the real story.

Only two oder three days in Vienna can bring as much inspiration and input as a city can give. Some say the people here are cold and shady or sel-fish, some say its too clean (?), I adore the way it is, and I have always just a few days there, so i better enjoy it. Regular place to be is Flex on mondays, the legendary DubClub (the last monday was this week, next will be spring ‘08 on weekends and only once a month, we’ll see), the MoshiMoshi falafel bar, where I finally found turkishe coffee, the Museum Quartier, and so on, if its spring or summer, the city has exxelent green areas, and proper bike roads. Spinning two hours in Budapest this friday, 28th of september, alongside with dj Sany, Singas Project live, and the monumental contemporary light art installation by Peter Kozma called JOURNEY ON THE DATASCAPE, come come come see see see hear hear hear.

Masssive lineup (STEREOTYP, WAXOLUTIONISTS…) this saturday at Merlin for the occation of the opening of Carhartt Budapest. Its a really nice place, was fun to work there. Now I was responsible for the flyer, featured artwork of Attila Stark, on the front. You can see it large on the walls of the shop, besides the Geezer tour’s diamond painters: bo130, Microbo, The London Police, Galo, Jeremy Fish, Joska…etc

Our National Radio was devided to three major radios, Kossuth, Petofi and Bartok, which always been a better choice than all the RUBBISH commercial radios around Hungary. Anyway, times change, there are a lots of internet radios now, you gotto change style and concept too if you want to be listened. Besides the new logo and design of the whole radio, Petofi Radio did a bit change, some were bad (removing old school radio shows and qualifyed people), some were good, like letting underground, tilos radio related dj’s into the nite shift for an hour. France France France, well I tell frankly I have so much thought of this country, I dont even know where I should start. This post was influenced by THIS VIDEO, a french hip-hop production, Kourtrajméand its honest suburban ghetto life with dog fights, one wheel motorcycles, and mad posse backups, 7 mc’s in a song, I dont know what the fu*k they are rappin’ of, but it seems that the frustracion is up high, and France is dealing with a serious problem. Traditional and modern music, is it possible to have some sort of cohesio? A spanish blog, TERAPIA DE GRUPO askes this question, and links my east meets west mix. My answer is: deffenetly. Like the mixture of religions, people, cultures, in big cities, working together perfectly, music can be the international language of understanding, and fields of fusion. Let it happen!

Tilos radio session again, this time i was the only one at the decks at the Kristalykert (mad love to leengum), so its around 4 hours of music, unfortunetly not so good quality, so you can hear only some parts of it. There’s a lot of these “j” creatures featured in the show, specially the ones i like, j star, j dilla, j zone, rjd2, therefore i made my jay dee respect parts, also some tracks from my favourite mc, called capitol A, and my fav track nowadays, buscando from a madrid boys (exxelent remix by karuan, respct to the whole vienna massive ! )

  Im really not into picking out movies from the stream, but i have three suggestions. The first is not so new, actually its on nowadays, its called Renaissance, a french animation film.

The second is goin to be shown in april, a new Tarantino-Rodrigez film, called Grindhouse, if you want to see a NICE SITE, well check it. the movie looks pretty bizarr so far.

Third one looks like a must, when I was a kid, I always wanted to see Predator and Alien, the two killer beeing fight together, and now here it goes. We will see.

And would you be so kind, not downloading these or any other “valuable” motion pictures, and fukin go to the cinema, see it on big screen, then you can do whatever you want. thank you! really.

There are some common things in all races and every kind of people in the world. Everybody drinks some kind of coffee. Kids drink coffein free milk drink in the morning, people on the rush drink nescafe, old fellaz drink 5 hard espresso a day, folks over the seas drink looong coffee, mates feel just high in coffee shops in amsterdam :-I , I drink Illy or some costa rican, like a year ago, when I got hooked on. (:). Eastern world, from balkans to Siria drink TURKISH COFFEE. Yesterday I prepared my first turkish coffee like this , but there are several ways. In hungary, no one makes in restaurants, not even turkish ones. If you have the equipent, switch to this very niiiice way of drinking coffee. And throw your hands in the air when Turkey will be the part of EU.
